  • Our courses are available to AHPRA registered medical professionals (Doctors, Dentists, Registered Nurses).

    Registration must be unconditional with no suspensions or restrictions on practice. We support learning and professional development from all medical and nursing specialties.

  • Once you have registered for our courses proof of AHPRA registration must be provided (eg current AHPRA registration certificate).

  • No. Our foundation courses are aimed at beginner injectors. You will need to be proficient in handling sharps and performing injections as per most clinical roles.

    Pre-reading course material will be provided prior to all practical courses.

  • Once you have completed Clinivate training you will need to obtain and maintain professional indemnity insurance for aesthetic medicine and public liability insurance at all times.

    This may mean a new policy or adjustments to your existing policy.

    Insurance providers can be recommended on request.

  • Yes. You will receive training materials that will need to be studied and read thoroughly before you attend the practical course.

    Passing the course is not guaranteed.

    We assume a basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and consultation skills which may be assessed on the day.

  • Each training day will differ depending on the course on offer. Please refer to specific course information for further details.

    Our one day training courses will include theory based learning and group discussion, live demonstrations and extensive hands-on practical exercises, supervised by our trainers.

    Hands-on experience and practice is at the core of what we do, so expect a lot of injecting, plus opportunities to perform treatments, observe other injectors, and be involved in case-based discussions.

  • Yes, a fully catered lunch with refreshments will be available for all one day courses. Morning tea, coffee, tea and beverages will be available throughout the day.

  • Yes, parking is available on the street which is free of charge on weekends.

  • Dress code is smart casual. Please dress appropriately as this is a real clinic environment (no jeans, trainers or opened toed shoes).

    Please dress comfortably as you will be on your feet, and will want to be suitably attired for performing treatments.

  • On successful completion of the course you will be provided with a certificate of completion.

    Following completion of our foundation courses we recommend that you practice your skills and attend our advanced training courses to further develop your knowledge and skills.

    Clinivate offers support and advice for all delegates after their training, depending on their individual circumstances.

    Our business mentor packages are also available which can assist in accelerating your own business and clinical goals.

    Payment is required in full when booking all Clinivate courses.

    All cancellations will result in a $50 administration fee.

    Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund (minus administration fee).

    Cancellations made between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the start of the course will result in a 25% cancellation fee plus administration fee.

    Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course will result in a 100% deduction of the course fee plus administration fee.
