Dr Kate Jameson is currently on maternity leave unitl the end of 2024. All mentorship sessions will be held with the Youth Lab Director of Nursing - Clinical Nurse Specialist Hazel Brown. Bespoke packages can be arranged. Pricing is based on a 2 day mentorship (one day shadowing, one day practical).

Dr Kate is the founder of Youth Lab, a high-end cosmetic clinic based in Perth, and has over 10 years of industry experience and expertise.
Running a multi-clinic business, mentoring a medical, nursing and dermal team of over 15 practitioners, and building a 7 figure business, Dr Kate can offer invaluable professional and personal advice to business owners or sole practitioners in the cosmetic and beauty industry.
Dr Kate offers a one-on-one opportunity to tailor training days in a real clinic environment, adjusted to your level of expertise and experience.
Spend 2 days in clinic with Dr Kate and her team, consulting and treating real cosmetic patients and observing first-hand how a busy and successful cosmetic clinic is run.
Prior to the mentorship, you will have the opportunity to have a meeting over coffee with Dr Kate to discuss your goals, ambitions and training requirements. At this session, you will receive one-on-one guidance and support, which will help to empower you on your own journey in cosmetic medicine.
This is a clinical mentorship focused on treating patients, any business advice will be general in nature.

Please note that certain levels of experience may be required for certain treatments. Dr Kate will tailor any training around experience levels to ensure safety and to ensure all mentors work within their scope of practice.
Any training for Dentists will ONLY focus on cosmetic injectables such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to the lower face within the scope of practice of dentistry.
