Dr Kate Jameson
Founded by Dr Kate Jameson, Clinivate was developed out of Dr Kate’s desire to train and develop the next generation of aesthetic practitioners.
As a business owner, running a multiple clinic brand and training and mentoring a team of over 8 injectors, she realised the significant gaps in training in Western Australia and the lack of support and opportunity provided to beginner injectors. Clinivate was born to improve the standard of aesthetic medicine in Perth while supporting all practitioners in their journey. By optimising training and improving the industry standard of practice, ultimately patient outcomes will improve, the industry will become safer for patients and practitioners will feel more confident in their skills and how to manage complications.
Dr Kate Jameson graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor in Surgery Bachelor in Medicine with honours in 2011. She has since obtained specialist registration and fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is a fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australia and the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in Dermal Science and Cosmetic Medicine.
Dr Kate is also the founder and medical director of Youth Lab, a multi clinic business based in Perth, Western Australia. She is a full-time aesthetic practitioner and experienced and skilled in all aspects of aesthetic medicine including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, PDO threads and laser.
Dr Kate has been involved in training medical professionals in cosmetic injectables with international training academies and personally trains and mentors her team of 8 injections through her clinic. She is a recognised figure in the Australian cosmetic industry and has presented at national conferences and been a local trainer for Galderma.
As a businesswoman, Dr Kate and her partner Jon have built their brand of clinics from a single clinic of 4 staff to a multi-clinic brand employing over 24 people with plans of scale in place. She is in the privileged position to pass on her business knowledge and experience to others and assist those in building their own aesthetic practice and brand.
